General

2) Under “Register” your username, email address and password.
3) Click Register.
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view or Privacy Policy for more information.
All our transactions are conducted Online only. Our operations are managed and overseen from Trinidad and Tobago.

If you so happen to forget your password. Select the My Account icon, enter your username or email address, then click Lost your password? Check your email. An email would then be sent so you can reset your password with a new one. Revisit site then enter new login details.
Orders/Payments
Orders can be placed on any of our social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Whatsapp, and our website (www.hanscouture.com). However, all purchase transactions must be completed via our website.Â
We accept Direct Bank Transfers, Visa/Mastercard, Visa Debit /Linx card. If you do not have any of the mentioned cards, we also accept Cash payments via PayWise. When checking out, select the Manual Payment method, enter required info then confirm payment.Â
Sorry, No we do not accept Cash on Delivery.
Yes, Cash Payments is accepted through Paywise by various Merchants throughout the country. See video below on process.
