At Hans Couture we take pride in providing quality products, however, we understand customer satisfaction is never guaranteed. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for a refund, store credit or exchange within 7 business days along with the return form. Returned items must meet these requirements:

• Returned within 7 business days of receipt of receiving your order.
• In original packaging, unworn condition, free of makeup stains and free of odor.
• Accompanied by this return form.
• We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return.

Returns & Shipping: 

Customers are responsible for a shipping fee of $30 to have purchase returned back to Hans Couture. Our courier will pick up return and upon inspection of product a decision will be made by management.
