Hans Couture is committed to ensuring that all our packages arrive on time and in pristine condition.

We provide FREE SHIPPING  for orders over TTD$500.00 within Trinidad and Tobago.

Shipping is offered at a Flat Rate of $25.00 throughout Trinidad, this rate applies only to digital payments including Linx/CC upon delivery.

Charges for our Cash on Delivery option are $45.00 to Urban areas and $55.00 to Rural areas. Feel free to message us to determine whether you fall under Urban or Rural category. 

A Flat Rate of $40.00 will be applicable to all our Tobago customers. All Tobago customers must pay digitally via our platform or via online banking before order is dispatched.

All packages are delivered by CSF Couriers or O’Deliver. Notifications via emails, messages and calls are utilized by our couriers on delivery days. 

All delivered packages are to be signed off for by the designated receiver of said package/s.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from date of payment. 

Once you order has been shipped you will receive an email indicating the particulars of dispatched order.
